The Smith & Wesson Shield 45 is everything I was searching for in a CCW pistol. Its about the size of Glock 43x but in 45 acp. So far I put over 200 rounds thru it from 185 to 230 grains ball to hollow point with no problems. The only complaint I have was grip texture too pointy but a light sanding to dull the points solved the issue.. Smith & Wesson makes excellent firearms. I have owned and extensively fired the glock 21 Gen 4, h&k .45 v1, walther ppq .45. The Smith & Wesson. 45 2.0 has been more accurate, totally reliable, and just shoots better. The grip angle allows me to fire quickly and accurately with .45 acp, something I could not do with the other three brands I.
